Important info for TriCare and VA Clients
‼️The changes in TriCare on January 1st have caused me to be dropped from in-network rolls. I have requested re-enrollment. I am still able to accept TriCare, however you may be charged a co-insurance rather than a co-payment! For most this is a negligible change but please review your coverage.
If you have VA coverage you must get a referral for Community Care through your PCP or VA medical center. I cannot file a claim with the VA without a prior authorization number.
TelePhone issues
I am continuing to receive a very high number of robo-calls and wrong numbers since installing a land line. The ratio of patient to wrong number calls is about 1 to 4, so some days I am not able to get through all of the messages. Please use the patient portal for a faster response. And remember urgent issues should not be sent in text or left on voicemail.
